At the “Genesis”, we have discovered four (4) keys to the promise of living life to the fullest; (John 10:10).

“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”  Acts 2:42 (NIV)

Learning provides the fertile soil for sustained spiritual growth.  We are committed to hearing God’s word through the preaching and teaching of our Founding Pastors.  Our devotion is evident in faithful attendance at corporate worship and study.

“(devoted) to the Community” Acts 2:42 (NIV)

“Genesis” is a community of faith and a community resource. God has called us to be a “Leader Church” providing a paradigm shift of collaboration in ministry that will impact the Body of Christ.  An investment of time, talent and treasure will enable the Holy Spirit to use us as examples of effective and transforming discipleship.

“They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts” Acts 2:46 (NIV)

God has made us to be social beings… we want and need meaningful connections with each other.  At the Genesis Church, the Holy Spirit cements our connectivity as Christians not only in worship but also in fellowship.  We love to laugh, play, and eat together!!  Remember Jesus’ first miracle was at the wedding reception!

“… And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.  Acts 2:47 (NIV)

Our assignment is to share the Good News of God in Jesus Christ to every person…everywhere.  We proclaim the Gospel, explain the Gospel, and advertise the Gospel through our love and lifestyle.  The task of evangelism is not complete until the convert becomes the disciple.  This is the prime directive at the Genesis Church.
